I am still cleaning and have a few repairs planned it needs new windshield and new refrigerator and new batteries. This should be done within a week. The back door probably should be replaced and the wood floor and carpeting could be renovated.  I am not planning to do this. Will not negotiate on price unless it doesn’t sell for 60 days. Smoke free and pet free, in fairly reasonable condition.
